Если у вас не получилось зарегится по причине:
1)Вы вроде бы вводите верные символы в "визуальной проверке", но форум упорно утверждает что вы не правы.
Судя по всему картинка с символами сохранилась у вас в кэше браузера, и теперь уже не загружается каждый раз с сайта, как нужно, а берется из кэша.
Решение: Очистите кэш. Перезагрузите браузер. Или просто воспользуйтесь другим браузем. Обыно проблема возникает с Opera - просто используйте для регистрации IE.
2) Вам не приходит код активации по почте.
Решение: Очевидно вы или неверно указали свой емыл или сообщения на ваш адрес не проходят. Напишите администратору.
3) Иной причине.
Решение: Напишите администратору о возникшей проблеме. Постараемся решить.
